BNSF Railway in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a full-time Compliance and Audit professional to support risk assessments and audits across operations, finance, and technology. You will interact with leadership to maintain internal controls and governance across the company.

This role emphasizes clear communication of findings, regulatory audit execution, and staff development while balancing multiple projects. A strong audit/finance background and certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in an audit and/or finance-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates difficult and complex materials around audit findings and their impact on the organization.
• Consults with leadership on internal control issues during business process or systems changes.
• Manages, plans, and executes regulatory audits across various business areas.
• Oversee issue tracking with the business.
• Leads internal audit requirement activities to adhere to Institute Internal Audit standards.
• Identifies strategic business processes and evaluates significant risks and objectives.
• Participates in annual audit planning and adjusts the plan as needed.
• Oversees day-to-day development of staff for audits.
• Effectively manages multiple projects, prioritizing risks and scope.
