• Experience supporting litigation, contract development, and IP/regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on litigation, commercial contracts, and IP protection.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements.
• Assess legal risks and advise on business initiatives.
• Support compliance with laws and regulations across the company.
• Partner with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, supply chain.
