Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training required.
• Active Illinois ATC license and NATA BOC certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to examination rooms and record vital signs in EMR.
• Prepare patients for exams and in-office procedures.
• Assist providers during exams, injections, and procedures.
• Prepare injections, treatments, and orders per providers.
• Record specimens for external lab testing and educate patients.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate scheduling.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and infection control.
