CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Experienced Associate to join our Los Angeles team in a hybrid work model. The role emphasizes collaboration, engagement planning, and delivering high-quality assurance work across industries.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Good judgement in assessing opportunities to work independently and when to request team member participation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for assigned work areas that are a component of pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work papers
• Actively participate in achieving budget goals and meeting work product deadlines
• Actively work within a team setting of other staff associates and management
• Demonstrate effective team participation, client service, and clear communication of tasks
