Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Assurance-Audit Associate for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. You will identify risks, design and execute audits, and drive assurance objectives in collaboration with management.

You will work with our data analytics team to expand digital use cases and improve coverage, while engaging with senior leadership on observations and next steps from engagements. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering, project management, bid management, or other relevant operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or other relevant technical subjects.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identifying key risks in Siemens’s operational and/or financial environment and developing an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
• Designing and executing comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.
• Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
• Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.
