Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Audit Associate in a hybrid role based in Plano, Texas (also Iselin, New Jersey). You will identify key risks in Siemens’ financial and operational processes within global software and technology businesses, and design audits focused on SaaS/subscription models.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of software/audit experience, strong FP&A knowledge, and fluency in English. Travel up to 30% and collaboration with senior management are expected; MBA/CPA etc desirable.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant software/tech auditing experience.
• Experience with SaaS and subscription models.
• FP&A, Controlling, and Sales Finance in a software environment.
• BS/BA in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, comprehension).
• Hybrid work environment; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify key risks in Siemens’ operational and financial environment and develop a deep understanding of business processes to provide insightful analysis to management.
• Design and execute comprehensive audits for global software and technology businesses with focus on software
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define conclusions, and recommend improvements to influence organizational change.
• Foster innovation by developing and promoting digital use cases with the data analytics team to increase coverage.
• Participate in meetings with Senior Management, discussing audit observations, conclusions, and next steps.
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
