Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior IT Audit lead to oversee technology audit engagements, leveraging data analytics to enhance audit insights and observations. You will manage planning, fieldwork, and reporting while developing a high-performing audit team.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with technology leadership and cross-functional teams, with on-site presence 3–4 days per week depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, MIS, Finance).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Audit, IT, Finance or related field.
• CISA, CIA, CPA or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology audit engagements (Non-SOX) from planning through execution and reporting.
• Drive data analytics to support audit conclusions and observations.
• Review workpapers, provide feedback, and ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with Sysco Technology teams to understand IT risks and business challenges.
• Recruit, train, and develop IT audit staff to build a high-performing team.
• Engage with technology leadership to align audit plans with changes in IT.
