Job summary

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice with locations in Valencia, Torrance, and Westlake Village. We seek a dedicated Associate Therapist to provide psychotherapy with a diverse client base and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in psychology or counseling, credentials such as ACSW/AMFT/APCC, and have completed 1,000 post-graduate hours toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• ACSW, AMFT, APCC credentials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Typically deliver 30 patient sessions per week with a minimum caseload of 25 sessions.
• Help clients set meaningful goals and track progress toward outcomes.
• Complete timely, compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and supervisor as a team member.
