Job summary

CoStar Group in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an Associate Software Engineer to contribute to modern web applications across Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet. You will work with experienced engineers, write clean code, and participate in code reviews while building your professional skills.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Java, SQL, Python, AWS, and more in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in CS/Software Engineering with an expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and at least 2 months of relevant internship or co‑op experience.
• Ability to discuss prior internship or project work, including approach and outcomes.
• Experience applying software engineering fundamentals through coursework or work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern web applications and tools powering real estate platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers to write clean, maintainable code and run automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews and cross-functional design discussions.
