Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Software Engineer in Richmond, VA to design and build modern web applications powering Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet.com.

You will work with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), Typescript, and backend .NET/.NET Core, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS. The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in CS/Software Engineering with expected graduation Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• At least 2 months of internship or co-op experience.
• Ability to discuss prior internship, project, or academic work with details and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code and develop automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews and cross-functional design discussions.
• Collaborate with teams across brands to power web applications.
• Learn and apply modern technologies and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
