Job summary

Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) in Torrance, CA, seeks an Associate Product Manager to collaborate with sales, operations, and senior product teams. Based in a hybrid environment, you will help shape product strategies, manage LTAs, and drive growth through data-driven reporting and pricing initiatives.

The role requires a four-year degree, 5+ years in related fields in aerospace, and legal work authorization in the United States. Hybrid schedule with remote work twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or engineering in aerospace.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Requires access to export-controlled items and access is conditioned by law.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sr. Product Management, sales and operations to develop product strategies.
• Support development of LTA strategies and annual facility bookings/forecast.
• Create and maintain monthly/annual growth reporting to meet site objectives.
• Aim to maximize facility margins while achieving market share goals.
• Ensure timely completion of quotes and LTAs, and support pricing structures.
