The successful candidate will supervise a team of organizers, facilitate training, and contribute to the organization's strategic direction. Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervision experience, can include temporary/part-time staff.
• 4+ years of experience in community and/or labor organizing.
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAUSE’s team of Ventura County Organizers.
• Train organizers to recruit, retain, and develop leaders.
• Participate in CAUSE’s Senior Staff Team to set organizational direction.
