Cambia Health seeks an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director (DOE) for a hybrid role with three days in the office across Boise, Lewiston, Salt Lake City and other offices. This position provides clinical leadership within utilization management and supports clinical teams to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed MD/DO with board certification and at least three years of clinical experience, licensed in OR, WA, ID, or UT.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with MD or DO and board certification.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states (OR, WA, ID, UT in four-state area).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience or equivalent combination.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for staff to ensure safe, effective and cost efficient services.
• Conduct peer reviews for medical necessity on utilization management.
• Collaborate with CM clinical staff on case management reviews.
• Discuss review determinations with providers during peer-to-peer conversations.
• Analyze data to guide health care interventions and improve outcomes.
• Support credentialing operations and provider services.
