Cambia Health Solutions seeks an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director to lead utilization management and provide clinical leadership across teams. You will ensure quality, cost-effective care and outcomes, collaborating with physicians and staff to improve member experience.

The role supports multiple offices and offers a hybrid schedule, with emphasis on data-driven strategies and ethical decision-making in line with contractual and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with an MD or DO degree.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states in the four-state area (OR, WA, ID, UT).
• Board certification; experience evaluating medical necessity and utilization management.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for staff to ensure safe, effective and cost-efficient services.
• Lead medical management strategies to drive results and KPIs.
• Perform peer clinical review for medical necessity on utilization requests.
• Collaborate with CM staff on case management reviews and provider conversations.
• Lead credentialing-related clinical activities and provider services support.
• Use data to guide health care interventions improving value for members and employers.
