Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares legal and transactional documents for real estate closings.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates general business contracts.
• Performs due diligence reviews of closing and loan documents.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to subordinate attorneys.
• Handles various legal matters in a collaborative environment.
