Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day accounting, compliance, governance, and internal control functions for the fund.
• Facilitate quarterly and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and fund accounting partners.
• Prepare quarterly Forms 10-Q and annual Forms 10-K, plus other public filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews, audits, and SOX compliance.
• Oversee the internal audit process conducted by third parties.
• Produce quarterly compliance reporting packages.
• Analyze portfolio, financial, and operational data to support management decisions.
