Job summary

GuideStone Advisors seeks an Associate Data & Reporting Analyst to own operational reporting, analytics, and BI for the GSA operations team. You will evaluate processes, develop dashboards, and support automation to enhance visibility into capacity, service levels, and performance metrics.

You will collaborate across teams, gain proficiency in BI tools, and contribute to data-driven decision making aligned with GuideStone's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a data-related field.
• 0-2 years in data analytics, BI, or related area.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own GSA operational reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for visibility into capacity, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Support automation initiatives and data-driven improvements across GSA operations.
• Collaborate across teams for onboarding, portfolio operations, and client reporting activities.
