Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; preferred in Data Analytics, MIS, or equivalent.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with confidentiality.

The role is responsible for evaluating current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing reporting, automation, and workflow solutions that improve visibility into capacity, service levels, efficiency, advisor satisfaction, and performance metrics. The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst supports automation initiatives and strengthens data-driven decision making for the GSA team to continue to rapidly grow and expand our service offerings to faith-focused investors.
