Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and PA bar in good standing.
• 2–6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or personal injury.
• Willingness to travel to trials, hearings, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Defend lawsuits in PA courts and handle first-party defense.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trials.
