Job summary

MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Associate Compliance Program Manager to support a fast-paced, high-visibility compliance function. You will coordinate investigations, facilitate meetings, manage vendor contracts, and assist with budgeting and reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role partners with attorneys, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive program initiatives and ensure governance and regulatory alignment. Hybrid onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience coordinating projects or programs, supporting senior leadership is preferred.
• Experience supporting attorneys, legal teams, or compliance functions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance investigations materials and witness files.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and departmental spend.
• Prepare correspondence, materials, and reports; support program operations.
• Maintain confidential information with high discretion and professional judgment.
• Support budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting using standard systems.
