Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Research to lead complex clinical and translational trials within the Department of Colorectal Medical Oncology. The role drives research operations, quality assurance, and strategic program development across multiple sites with a strong focus on compliance and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and extensive clinical research leadership experience, including protocol

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.
• Certifications such as CCRA, CHRC, CCRP, or CRA.
• Seven years of clinical research experience with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff support to faculty involved in developing clinical research trials and external collaborations.
• Oversee protocol development and data collection activities.
• Assist with development of agreements and site initiation visits.
• Oversee IRB submissions and protocol amendments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, efficient trial execution.
