Job summary

HYBE AMERICAS, based in Los Angeles, seeks a detail-oriented Associate for Commerce Strategy & Operations (Temporary) to optimize profitability and inventory productivity during artist merchandise launches. You will align with global teams, manage orders, and develop event-driven merchandising strategies across B2B, B2C, and online channels.

This six-month, full-time, hybrid role requires in-office presence in Santa Monica three days a week and remote work two days.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (oral & written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3+ years of merchandising, wholesale, supply chain, or e-commerce experience.
• Experience managing a high-sales-volume category with many SKUs and strong seasonality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and headquarters to manage orders, product availability, and inbound/outbound flow.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, inbound deliveries, and invoice processing in SAP.
