Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper & Consumer Insights, Sales Analytics, or related CPG functions.
• Experience in Grocery/Mass/Club channels preferred.
• Proficiency with Circana, Numerator, and POS data; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and translate insights into clear recommendations for category growth.
• Develop customer-specific category reviews, shelf analyses, pricing and promotional evaluations.
• Partner with Sales to create data-driven selling stories for customer plans.
• Develop monthly scorecards, key account reviews, and performance reporting.
• Lead commercialization of innovation and customer programs, delivering results.
