Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate Business Manager (Target) to aid in all sales responsibilities and support eCommerce and retail services. The role reports to the Target Business Manager and helps Acosta and vendor clients achieve mutual goals, with a hybrid work arrangement from Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, item management, vendor communication, sales presentations, and promotional planning with metrics-driven oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution and planning of business strategies.
• Own the new item creation and item management process with internal and external contacts.
• Engage in tactical and administrative communication for vendor partners and Target.
• Assist in creating sales presentations and category reviews.
• Contribute to strategic promotional plans and monitor execution with metrics and analysis.
• Conduct online content audits to maximize vendor online presence.
• Monitor vendor income and perform chargeback and audit research.
