Acosta Group in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking an Associate Business Manager (Target) to support Target and vendor clients in sales, eCommerce, and retail services. This role collaborates across functions and helps execute business strategies to drive growth.

You will own item creation, manage communications with internal and external partners, and help develop promotional plans using data-driven insights to improve performance. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, eCommerce, analytics, and customer planning.
• Own new item creation and item management with internal and external contacts.
• Communicate proactively to ensure smooth vendor and Target information flow.
• Create sales presentations and engaging category reviews.
• Support strategic promotional plans and monitor execution with metrics.
• Conduct online content audits to maximize vendor online presence.
• Track vendor income and perform chargeback/audit research.
