Tyson & Mendes in Northern California seeks an Associate Attorney to advance substantive litigation experience. Based in Novato, you will handle matters across Northern California, gain courtroom exposure, and construct strong case strategies while working with seasoned trial attorneys.

You will grow by taking ownership, building client relationships, and learning through feedback in a meritocratic, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Active California Bar license required.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload through discovery to trial.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop compelling case strategies that drive results.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys to support team growth.
