Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law, including workplace regulations.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice focused on risk management and litigation strategy.
• Proficient research skills using legal databases and effective fact-gathering to support motions.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlements, mediation, and client advocacy.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and Tennessee bar admission or eligibility.
• Strong written and oral communication, including precise drafting and courtroom presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a litigation team and manage deadlines.
• Prior defense litigation experience is preferred.
• Commitment to ethics, client service, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
