Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in defending insured clients in litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs.
• Appear in court and attend depositions and mediations.
• Communicate with clients and manage case strategy.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain organized case files.
