Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience (employment or commercial litigation preferred).
• Ability to conduct legal research, draft pleadings/motions, take/defend depositions, and handle discovery tasks.
• Experience in both state and federal courts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions; draft and answer discovery requests.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial execution; coordinate with clients and colleagues.
