Qualifications

• One to three years of experience, preferably in collection litigation.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia is required.
• Admission to practice law in additional states greatly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Conduct court appearances and prepare pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements and interact with support staff.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of consumer protection statutes

Ability to manage and prioritize heavy caseload
