Sandhu Law Group LLC in Cleveland, OH or Northern Kentucky seeks an Associate Attorney to join our creditors’ rights and default practice. This full‑time hybrid role offers growth opportunities, hands‑on discovery, motions, research, and courtroom exposure.

Newer attorneys will develop practical litigation skills under senior guidance, with a path toward more complex matters and evidentiary hearings, while balancing in‑office and remote work to meet client needs. Candidates must be J.D.

Qualifications

• Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational habits and ability to manage a steady workflow efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office time with remote productivity.

Responsabilités

• Manage an active, individual caseload under supervision of a senior attorney.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
• Appear on behalf of financial institutions in state and federal courts, including travel to outlying county courts as required.
• Coordinate with firm support staff and court personnel to move files forward efficiently.
• Track deadlines and fulfill client reporting requirements in a timely, organized manner.
