Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring Associate Account Managers to support clients with 401(k) issues. The role starts in January 2027 and offers paid training, industry credential support, and growth opportunities. This is a hybrid position requiring four days in the Houston, TX office and one day remote.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include handling census submissions, Form 5500, and related 401(k) questions by phone, email, or video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to compose professional emails.
• Strong time management and organization; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of client service for Solo(k) Services; client base not assigned.
• Manage and prioritize workload toward weekly goals in a team environment.
• Consult with clients regarding plan operation, design, and platform upgrades.
• Follow-up by phone with clients about missing items.
• Assist clients via phone, video conference, or email with census submission issues and Forms 5500.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure a positive client experience.
• Document all client interactions in the workflow system.
• Complete training and work toward industry designation.
