Job summary

Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology seeks an Assistant Program Manager for the Psychological Assessment Clinic. The role oversees learning evaluations by PsyD students and coordinates the clinic staff and test library.

Reporting to the Director of CPS, you will supervise two student coordinators, ensure quality assessment practices (WAIS, WISC, Woodcock-Johnson, DKEFS), and support licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology; 1–2 years of clinical assessment experience.
• Must hold or be eligible for a New Jersey psychology license; 2+ years licensed or license-eligible.
• Experience with clinical/school assessments such as Woodcock-Johnson, WAIS, WISC, DKEFS, ADHD measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee learning evaluations conducted by GSAPP PsyD students.
• Manage two student coordinators for the Assessment Clinic and the test library coordinator.
