Rutgers University is seeking aDirector for the Center for Psychological Services (CPS) within the GSAPP. The role reports to the Dean and oversees a broad range of psychological services, training for students, and collaboration with GSAPP programs.

The successful candidate will balance clinical service delivery with education and financial sustainability. The Director will supervise a sizable staff, coordinate with other Rutgers centers, and drive strategic initiatives with the Dean to address

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in professional psychology with NJ license eligibility.
• At least five years of professional clinical and administrative experience.
• Strong supervisory and training experience; knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administration of CPS services and daily operations.
• Provide leadership balancing student education, client care, and financial sustainability.
• Manage a team of 8-10 staff and 20+ graduate/undergraduate student staff.
• Establish policies, supervise budget, and client fee schedules.
• Lead fundraising and partner with community organizations and GSAPP marketing.
