Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor program staff, including hiring and training.
Supervise trainees and maintain a small caseload.
Prepare and submit program reports to the Program Director.
Oversee daily program operations and staff communication.
Coordinate activities and workshops for program participants.
Provide information and support to hotline inquiries.
