Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder seeks an Assistant Director of Visitor Experience to lead the design, planning, and execution of CU Boulder\'s flagship visit experiences. The role drives innovative tour concepts, future-ready programming, and data-driven visitor engagement to elevate the campus narrative and recruitment outcomes.

Hybrid modality with in-office presence required; occasional weekend work and 4+ days on campus weekly. Competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in visitor experience, event management, enrollment/engagement operations, or related fields.
• One or more years supervising student staff, temporary staff, or professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of CU Boulder\'s signature visit experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end visit operations and budget management.
• Supervise student staff and foster inclusive visitor experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications and CRM teams on events and communications.
• Coordinate large-scale visit programs including Admitted Buff Days, ASIST, Discover CU Boulder, Explore CU Boulder.
