The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with hands‑on craft who can move quickly across channels while maintaining brand consistency. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to shape innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant visual field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on art direction or design experience in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with marketing communications, branding, events, digital, social, video or content formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and creative executions across marketing, brand, digital, social, events and content workstreams.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, account teams, project managers and production partners.
• Create polished design solutions reflecting strong storytelling, brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Work across core squad needs across web/digital/social and video/events with adaptable priorities.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high‑quality design and presentation materials.
• Translate direction into clear visual systems, layouts, assets and content executions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring output is on-brand and production-ready.
• Contribute proactive ideas and creative solutions to elevate work for client and business objectives.
