Lawrence Group in St. Louis seeks a Design Professional to support our Higher Education and Student Housing Studio. You will help plan and design university-scale facilities, with hands-on work from concept to construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and visualization tools.

Ideal candidates hold a architecture degree with 5–10 years in education projects, strong graphic skills, and effective communication. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule in a collaborative design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5–10 years of experience in design and architecture; licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architects and project managers in planning and design of student housing and higher education projects.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing project requirements, site conditions, and regulatory constraints.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and schematic drawings, incorporating client feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including renderings and 3D models for clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical requirements.
• Produce drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
• Research materials, products, and building systems to support design decisions.
• Coordinate project documentation to ensure accuracy and codes compliance.
• Participate in site visits and inspections during construction.
