Job summary

Vizual Architecture Employer seeks an Architectural Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Dallas, TX. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among internal teams, consultants, and clients.

You will manage project documentation, review and produce construction drawings, organize submittals, and ensure compliance with design standards and codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in architectural project management or related field.
• Strong architectural expertise with development of construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documents and manage schedules across internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Review, produce construction drawings, and track submittals.
• Mentor team members and support quality control in project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet standards and applicable codes; support sustainability goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
