Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and five years of relevant experience, along with strong skills in SaaS applications and troubleshooting. The position offers a hybrid work model, with a salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related specialty.
• Five or more years related experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS applications is required.
• Administrative experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred.
• Experience in a law firm supporting software used to meet legal practice requirements is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of Level 3 incidents for supported applications.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and operational documentation.
• Perform user acceptance testing for new or upgraded applications.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimize endpoint management strategies.
