You will own the full support lifecycle for our SaaS healthcare tech, troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and upgrading API integrations and services across Windows environments, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers hybrid work with core office days in Pittsburgh and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer/related field.
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused product support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software problems promptly.
• Research technical issues and communicate resolutions with customers.
• Handle MSSQL queries and issues related to integrations.
• Document issues and resolutions to share with the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours coverage.
