Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
• Experience supporting clients on software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Good commercial awareness with relationship-building ability.
• Strong interest in AI and its commercial uses.
• US citizen or valid Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Investigate complex technical issues and coordinate incident resolution.
• Deliver onboarding, product training and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Support pre-sales engagements on technical feasibility and integration planning.
