Job summary

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) in Madison is seeking an Application Development Team Lead to drive modernization of pension and insurance systems and to deliver high-quality solutions for Wisconsin citizens.

You will lead technical staff across multiple teams, partner with business stakeholders through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, and establish process improvements to increase velocity and reliability.

• Coordinating technical staff across multiple teams and areas of expertise on a software development project
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across multiple phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., requirement definition, design and development, testing, release, maintenance, etc.)
• Establishing process improvements for a technical team
