Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to and in active standing before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
• 3–5 years of appellate clerkship experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well-reasoned dispositions for the Pennsylvania Superior Court within abbreviated deadlines.
• Circulate dispositions to the CFT team for internal editorial process.
• Review disposition drafts and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform related work as required by the CFT program and as requested by Chief Staff Attorneys.
