Job summary

A. I. Stone is seeking a detail‑oriented apparel professional to lead product development, sourcing, and production management for men’s and boys’ collections. This hands‑on role requires deep garment knowledge and experience with both domestic and overseas factories.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines, coordinate with suppliers, and drive quality through concept to delivery, while keeping the company’s aesthetic and market trends in mind.

Qualifications

• Hands-on apparel product development knowledge required.
• Experience coordinating sourcing, sampling, vendors, and timelines.
• Strong technical garment knowledge: construction, fit, fabrics, trims, specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage apparel product development from concept through production and delivery.
• Coordinate fabric and trim selections, specs, sampling, fit comments, revisions, and approvals.
• Manage sourcing with domestic and overseas vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Develop and maintain product development calendars, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress and proactively resolve delays or quality concerns.
• Review samples to ensure fit, construction, quality, and specs compliance.
• Manage product costing, purchase orders, and production documentation.
