Spalding, a Saalex Company, is seeking an Application/Systems Administrator in Patuxent River, MD. This full-time hybrid role requires on-site support about 3 days per week and may require occasional evening/weekend hours for patching and upgrades.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring and securing software on Windows, managing AWS GovCloud services, and providing ticketed support to developers and operators.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting software issues required.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required; proof of cert prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and secure software applications on Windows systems.
• Manage AWS GovCloud-based cloud-native services and operations.
• Provide ticketed support to application owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform on-site support and patching/upgrades as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
