Guardian Security Systems, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor (Temporary) to lead the AP team and ensure accurate, on-time processing of invoices.

The role collaborates with Accounts Receivable, GL, payroll, purchasing, and compliance, with a 3–6 month term and hybrid work arrangement in Seattle. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AP, supervision experience, strong Excel skills, and solid understanding of 1099 and the full AP cycle.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of the full AP cycle, including invoice workflows and 1099 compliance.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with vendor data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Process invoices accurately and timely while ensuring vendor records are maintained.
• Perform two- and three-way matching and resolve discrepancies before posting.
• Execute timely ACH, wire, and card payments in accordance with controls.
• Maintain vendor master files and ensure 1099 classification and year-end filings.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL monthly and prepare aging reports.
• Collaborate with GL and payroll to ensure proper coding and compliance.
