Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track receipt of data and source documents.
• Perform data entry in the AP/AR system from source documents and code entries.
• Resolve questions or inconsistencies with source documents with preparers.
• Maintain accurate client files and filing systems.
• Perform general clerical duties (typing, scanning, phones, filing).
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve results as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
