KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking an Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney in Washington, DC with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will work alongside leading antitrust practitioners on merger reviews, government investigations, antitrust litigation, and compliance counseling for multinational clients.

You will advise clients at the intersection of business and regulation, gaining exposure to cutting-edge competition issues across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 3–4 years of post-JD antitrust and competition law experience.
• Experience handling antitrust litigation, merger reviews, and regulatory investigations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and related regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during FTC, DOJ, and state AG investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex competition issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, white papers, and client memoranda.
• Support internal and government investigations involving antitrust concerns.
• Counsel clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on transactional and litigation matters.
