The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) seeks an Associate Manager, Standards & Professional Guidance, AI, to advance AI-focused guidance for internal auditors worldwide. You will work with subject matter experts, develop technical content, and help shape governance frameworks for AI adoption.

Based in a hybrid Lake Mary, FL role, you will coordinate projects, contribute to thought leadership, and deliver high-quality resources and training for the profession.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI, AI governance, AI risk management, ML, automation, or related field.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, AI governance, and AI risk.
• Excellent research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AI tools, collaboration platforms, and standard business apps.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and maintenance of AI-focused professional guidance and supplemental resources within the IPPF.
• Research emerging AI technologies, trends, governance practices, and risks affecting internal audit.
• Collaborate with global volunteer subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop technical guidance and educational content.
• Assist with project coordination, content review, and knowledge management for AI initiatives.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding AI concepts, governance, and auditing practices.
• Prepare presentations, articles, webinars, and conference materials on AI topics.
• Review technical content for AI publications, training programs, and resources.
